Spa Etiquette
Make Your Bookings
Kindly place reservations prior to your arrival to secure preferred date and time. Reservations could be made via dialing to hotline at (07) 3333-111 .
Upon Arrival
Kindly check in with us 10 minutes prior to your appointments to ensure your treatment begins and ends on time. Please ring us if you will be late for your appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, thus lessening the duration and effectiveness of treatments.
Special Health Considerations
Kindly inform us of any particular health conditions (such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, allergies, injuries or other medical complications) and concerns you may have. If you experience any discomfort whilst you are here, please let our staff know immediately.
Valuables
Please leave all valuables in the locker provided to you. We do not assume any liability for lost or damaged personal items. A fee of RM $30 will be levied on lost of each locker key provided.
Cancellation
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, kindly provide a cancellation notice of 6 hours in advance or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Full charges will apply for cancellations without any notification.
Refund
Spa treatments, packages, gift certificates and spa memberships are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Payment
Payments can be made via cash or credit card only (Visa and Mastercard).
Operation Hours
Opens daily from 11.00am to 11.00pm . Last appointment is at 10.30pm .
Gratuities
In appreciation of exception services, gratuities may be given to the therapist at your discretion. The general rule of thumb in day spas is 10% to 15% of the cost of service.
Others
To ensure maximum relaxation, please speak softly in the interests of every guest; inform us if you are happy with the temperature in your room and; we welcome your post treatment feedback to the therapist or receptionist.
